荼毒青年︰二千多年前，曾經有個叫蘇格拉底的人，因為荼毒青年而被判死，最終他把毒藥一飲而盡。今天，一群中毒已深的人，建立起這個荼毒室，好等大家都能一起走進哲學的世界。這是個會荼毒人的地方，因為你會開始發現身邊的一切，並非如此理所當然；你會開始反省，追問生命、世界、語言、科學、倫理、知識、政治等每事每物的本質。從此，你可能不再是循規蹈矩的好青年。
日後，我們會定期發表哲普文章，又深又淺又淺又深地介紹古今中外的哲學。這裡會有離地的形上學，也有在地的政治哲學；會有老掉牙的儒家哲學，也有很潮很文青的存在主義；會有艱澀的邏輯，也有輕鬆的哲學電影漫畫介紹。或許，有一天大家都會在這個荼毒室流連忘返。

Corrupt the Youth is dedicated to promoting philosophy to the general public. Over 2000 years ago, leading people to think about philosophy, Socrates was sentenced to death for corrupting the youth. Eventually, he drank off the poison with no regrets. Today, following Socrates’s footsteps, we endeavour to bring the world of philosophy to all of you. Here your mind might well be ‘corrupted’ .
